Landscape, Agriculture and Nature Conservation

Around the world, the number of untouched natural landscapes are steadily declining. Ecosystems are being suppressed through the search for raw materials, the cultivation of agricultural products and energy crops, and the continued expansion of housing settlements. It is clear that in Europe, a rethinking needs to take place. How can all landscape users, such as agriculture, forestry and tourism, work together to preserve and protect natural areas and landscapes?
